Discounted Package:

Refunds may not be applicable to services purchased within a discounted package.

Approved Design Concept:

Once the primary design concept has been approved by the client, refunds for that specific design aspect are generally not considered.

Revision Requests:

While revisions are typically included, excessive or unreasonable demands for revisions may not be grounds for a full refund.

Urgent Projects:

Due to the time-sensitive nature of urgent projects, refunds for these services are generally not offered.

Client-Related Cancellations:

Cancellations due to reasons unrelated to Ecom Legos’ performance (e.g., personal reasons, budget cuts) may not be eligible for a refund.

Client Unresponsiveness:

If a client remains unresponsive or out of contact for an extended period (e.g., 2 weeks), Ecom Legos may consider the project abandoned and may not be obligated to provide a refund.

Policy Violations:

Any violation of Ecom Legos’ terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of refund eligibility.

Competing Services:

Engaging with other companies or designers for the same project may void refund eligibility.

Incomplete Brief:

If the provided creative brief lacks essential information, it may impact the project’s outcome and limit refund eligibility.

Complete Design Changes:

Requests for a complete overhaul of the approved design after work has commenced may not be eligible for a refund.

Missed Refund Window:

Refund requests submitted after the specified timeframe will not be considered.

Business Closure:

If Ecom Legos ceases operations or changes its business name, existing projects may be affected, and refund policies may vary.

Personal Reasons:

Refunds will not be granted for cancellations due to personal reasons, disagreements with partners, or other factors unrelated to Ecom Legos’ service quality.

Processing Fee:

A 12% processing fee may be deducted from all client-initiated refunds.

Final File Delivery:

Once final files have been delivered to the client following their request, no refunds can be claimed.

Free Items:

Refunds or revision requests do not apply to any services or items offered free of charge.

Non-Refundable Services:

Services such as Social Media Management, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are generally not refundable.

Website Development:

Once the client approves the website design and development begins, refunds for the design phase are typically not granted.

Logo Design:

Once the client has provided positive feedback on logo revisions and the final files are sent, refunds for the logo design are generally not considered.

Third-Party Work:

Refunds are not applicable for work outsourced by third parties on behalf of Ecom Legos.
